Thought Cleansing Essential Oil Diffuser Blend

I begin the day with topical application of floral oils in the morning because they stimulate my mind to think of bright sunshine.
I take citrus oils internally because this confirms to my cells that it is morning and sunshine is here.
At midpoint of the day, I use the diffuser with a blend of oils that I feel drawn to; however I almost always include a mint oil. The mint essential oils are very thought cleansing for me and they help to alleviate the mental clutter. They assist me in organizing what needs to be finished for the day.
As we transition into the evening I change the diffuser to have calming wood oils, these help to ground our thoughts and bring the alertness to a slower pace.
