Lunch is typically a meal that we need to be grab-and-go. This can be one of your easiest meals of the day with the alkaline diet. Make a dip in a small cup blender, grab some veggies, chopping them is optional.
This meal is basically a salad, deconstructed. You still have all of the vegetables of a salad, but skipped tossing them together with the dressing. If you will not be eating the dip right away, add the apple cider vinegar to help preserve the freshness of the blended avocado.
Easy Alkaline Diet Lunch Dip
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 sprig of fresh dill
- 1 green onion
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan salt, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar, optional
- water to blend, if needed
- Toss all of the ingredients into a small cup blender and blend until smooth. Store in the blender cup to transport. If you will not be eating this dip right away, add the apple cider vinegar to help preserve the avocado.
