Alkaline Diet Pineapple Carrot Juice


  • 2 lbs Carrot
  • 1 small piece Ginger root
  • 1 small piece Turmeric root
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Zucchini


  1. Wash and cut pieces to fit through the juicer feeding chute. Store juice in a glass jar in the refigerator and drink within two days.
  2. This recipe makes approximately 34 fl.oz. fresh juice. If this is your first time drinking fresh juice you may want to drink this juice in smaller portion sizes.
