Recipe for Fresh Red Beet, Carrot, Celery, Turmeric, Ginger, and Lemon Juice

  • 1 red beet, with top
  • 8-10 carrots
  • 5 celery sticks
  • 1 lemon, partially peeled
  • 1 lime, partially peeled, optional
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger root
  • 1/2 inch fresh turmeric root
  1. Wash and cut produce to fit into juicer feeding chute. Drink immediately, or store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
